Meaghan here again.
Apr 12 2009...
I definitely don't think I have the best site in the world. I don't think that my site is better than anyone else's because we all have a different view on what we find good. Professional doesn't have to mean it's a good site but a lot of people see it as that. I think all sites are pretty whether or not it's successful, it's really effort that determines what a good site is (in my opinon). I would never think of a site as rubbish! We all try to make our sites pretty and it's up to the individual visitor to decide if it's a well-made site but I definitely don't say that one's site is a load of rubbish if their site is "not as good as mine."

When you see a website that's not as good as yours do you think to yourself "What a load of rubbish"

Dec 1 2008...
I know what you mean, well, since the advertisement is removed, the picture automatically goes up that high. I think it depends on how long you've been with piczo or the number of visitors you have. :)
Jan 1 2009...
Use a CSS Stylesheet and customize it, then paste the same thing on the pages. :)

Hw do i become an affiliate - or could i be one && this is my site - www.kiera-knightly-fan.piczo.com
Feb 4 2009 08:35 pm
i'm trying to make a simple layout for my piczo site in which the banner and naviation is on top and below is an iframe to diplay the content. previously, i had a site which, much like the homepage of your site had a background color and then a table in the middle (with a different background color) with all the stuff in the table. the links took you to a seperate page which would show the same navbar, banner, etc just different content. the problem was that since i had to just drag the html box (containing the the table & content) to the center. when you clicked a link, the whole page would seem to shift a bit. i hope i explained theat good enough. so what i want to do it this: create one page with the banner, navbar, etc and then have an iframe or something similar which will display other content. is this possible on piczo and if so how? please respond by email at skyheart15@verizon.net.

Hey...i want to ask how did u write those codes in da boxes on ur html page?
----------------------------------------------------------
On my HTML pages, I use what are called 'textareas'. The code is:
(remove the **stars**)
<textarea*>text here</*textarea>
You can custmomize the way it looks by using CSS. :)
Aug 14 2008 03:25 pm

just wondering if you
knew this, umm, when making a coded
layout, and you want to add a scrollbox
to it, how do you write in it? -.,-"
sfh-x.webs.com

If you're using a source (where you got the HTML of your scrollbox) you write where it says 'TEXT HERE'.

How do you link a picture to an IFrame?
www.alexk-x.piczo.com
----------------------------------------------------------
Linking a picture to an iframe is the same as linking pages to an iframe.
You can read my tutorial on Iframes here:
http://truely.colour-burn.co.uk/tutiframes.php
Instead of replacing a Page URL replace it with an Image URL
Hope it helps!

hey....i would like to ask tht how do u write a link (html link) in a text box?
----------------------------------------------------------
It's just a normal link. In a text box, the URL Link is ordinary, nothing special. So, the code is...
<a href="URL HERE">TEXT HERE</a>
Hope it helps!
And if you need more help please check out my HTML page for more codes. :)

I Need A Navigation Box... Where Can I Find One?
www.dizzy-designs.piczo.com
----------------------------------------------------------
Try taking a look at my tutorial page on 'Navigation Blocks'. There should be a code a vivid explination on how it works. :) Or you can try http://truely.colour-burn.co.uk/tutnavigationblocks.php which should give a simple but vivid explination on how it works. Hope it helps!

Jul 11 2008 06:39 pm
On your homepage, how do you have your navigation pages stay at the same page, but it pops up?
----------------------------------------------------------
There are two codes.
The first one is very simple:
<a href="URL HERE" target="_blank">WORD HERE</a>
And the other one is:
<a href="#" onClick="MyWindow=window.open('URL HERE','MyWindow','toolbar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=no,width=choose#,height=choose #'); return false;">WORD HERE</a>
If you were to use the code above, then you can change "URL HERE" with your web address url, and where it says width=choose # and height=choose#, choose a number like 300 or in the hundred area, depending on how large you want your pop up page to be. And also change "WORD HERE". If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask. :)

I am making a new site because my old one is a mess, but I can't figure out how to change the background color of each page using css. (I have css and everything is working other than the backgrounds.) Do you need to have a background color for the Iframe? You can take a look at www.freewebs.com/picniconarainyday Thanks, Andrea
----------------------------------------------------------
Hi Andrea. A couple of days ago you left a comment on the section of my site labeled "Ask Me". Your question was, in my understanding how to add a background on the pages, right? I had the same problem myself, my CSS and everything was correct. That's why I stopped using FW, because it won't let you use PHP on there, and PHP is probably the only soultion. Since you're using iframs you might want to double check the code, Idk if this will make any different but you can try this code: <iframe name="Iframe" src="URL1" FRAMEBORDER="0" style="width:493; border:0; background-color:000000; height:260; overflow:auto;"></iframe> Change where it says "background colour", idk if it will work but I hope it does or you can always go to the page that you add the short stylesheet on and code "< B R > " as many times as you want to make it longer and that < h 3 > < / h 3 > 's background colour will appears as the page's background. I hope that the code does help though and good luck w/ ur site, I see it's coming along very well. :D

how do you do them box things with the riting in :)!! xx
----------------------------------------------------------
It's practically HTML that provideds the lovely boxes. I use what is called a "CSS Stylesheet". If you arn't very good with HTML and a little bit of a noob at it then you can try a very simple CSS Stylesheet that I've made a very simple and self explanitory tutorial that will hopefully make sense. Here is the URL:
